Low Rise apartments are located on the back side of Eastern Connecticut State University. When you enter campus continue past the rotary circle to the back of campus and take a right, behind the academic buildings. Low Rise buildings are the five smaller residencs halls behind High Rise.

Parking is available on the opposite side of campus in the main garages, as well as smaller lots throughout campus.
