We hear about kids being bullied all the time. It's awful, and it's especially awful that it even seems to be a trend. But when you hear about it, you automatically think of school. The bus. Recess. You think of class mates being the bullies. But that's not true. Everyone is capable, even your parents. My dad has been the bully in my life. Not my class mates, not my neighbors or my co workers. My own father. Do I need to show him respect regardless? Yes, as you should with every other person. I'm I going to stand for it any longer? No. I deserve the same amount of respect I put forth. I'm standing up.
